Music at Gretna, Inc. (d.b.a. Gretna Music) Privacy Policy & Conditions of Sale

Gretna Music values the privacy of our patrons and supporters. Gretna Music does from time to time trade the records in its patron database with other non-profit performing arts organizations.  You may request that your information not be included in such trades.

In keeping to the highest web standards, we would like to detail what information we use, and how we use it:

Server Logs
Our application servers store your IP address in standard server logs. We use your IP address to diagnose problems, optimize, and maintain our servers. We also may use this information in aggregate to compile statistics.

Cookies
We do not use cookies anywhere on our site.  Third party sites to which you may be linked from gretnamusic.org MAY use cookies.  See their site privacy policies for more details.  We do not belong to any groups that track users across web sites.

Contact and Personal Information
Information you share with us through our web forms is stored in our company databases.  Without explicit permission, we will not use any addresses gathered through our web forms except for the purpose stated on the form.

Conditions of Sales of Gretna Music Tickets
No refunds.  Current donors to Gretna Music of at least $60.00 (in the past 18 months) may exchange tickets without charge.  For all others, exchanges may be made subject to a $2.00 processing fee per ticket.  In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management. The resale of ticket for more than its face value without the written consent of Gretna Music is prohibited by law. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the game, exhibition, event, or performance whether occurring prior to, during, or after said show. You assume all risk and danger of being injured by thrown, battered, kicked, shot, etc. objects and you agree that the management, its agents and the performers are not responsible or liable for any injuries resulting from such causes. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. No recording devices, still camera or video cameras permitted. No transmission or aiding in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, or exhibition. You hereby consent to the reasonable search for alcoholic beverages, drugs, or weapons. You further consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.
